ACTAtek Limited, a leading provider of Smart Card and Biometric Fingerprint Authentication Internet Appliances for secure access control and time attendance applications, announces today it has appointed Mr. Bryan Luman as the company new VP of Sales for the US and South America regions along with Mr. Timothy Zucal for Mexico and South America regions, which is effective as of December, 30, 2005.

Mr. Bryan Luman possesses over ten years of experience in multiple areas of business development in start-up and high growth companies, with biometrics authentication, identity theft/fraud, and access control, nationally/internationally. He will lead a sales force in the segments, while developing and working closely with ACTAtek North America network partners. Mr. Bryan Luman was previously the Director of International Business Development for id-Confirm Inc. (IDC), a Denver, CO based manufacturing company that focuses at biometric identity theft, financial fraud and homeland/personal security products.

With the addition of Mr. Bryan Luman, ACTAtek will be capable of building strong sales channels in the North and South American markets bringing ACTAtek to prosper.

Mexico and Latin American sales will be centralized through Mr. Timothy Zucal with 20 years experience working in the Latin American marketplace. Mr. Timothy Zucal was previously the Corporate Director of Dinamica Grafica de Mexico, SA de CV, as well as the President of the Mexican National Graphic Arts Dealers and Manufacturers Assoication. These positions gave Mr. Zucal contact with most of the major international and national corporations which will be fully leveraged by ACTAtek in the generation of aggressive sales to both channel partners and end users.

The emerging Distribution/Channel Partner Network for ACTAtek will be aggressively executed with the first Master Distributor in January 2006, direct sales personnel, sub-distributors and dealers giving ACTAtek a national sales and service force to effectively move into Central and South American Markets.

Mr. Zucal has also lived and worked in Bolivia and traveled extensively throughout Latin America giving him the ability to understand and work in a variety of markets both on the corporate as well as government levels.
