ACTAtek LogiPrint package consists of a "FS80 USB Fingerprint Scanner" and a software kit which helps control the access to your desktop and notebook computer. ACTAtek's LogiPrint USB Fingerprint Scanner makes use of advanced CMOS camera technology. With a single touch, the fingerprint is captured through a precise optical system, and stored within your PC for future access and reference. LogiPrint is a MS Windows based system that accepts fingerprint from the FS80 USB Fingerprint Scanner. It then works to process the fingerprint and extract its physical characteristics, which is then matched with the pre-registered/stored data to control the "logon" to desktop and notebook PCs. ACTAtek offers you a multitude of options to maximize security with its SSL-protected web server technology. It eliminates the need for expensive and cumbersome dedicated PC's or specialized IT personnel, while providing you with maximum flexibility and convenience. The LogiPrint can work together with the ACTAtek by enabling administrators to enroll users via the PC using the Java-enabled ACTAtek Server - a proprietary software that allows you to add / modify / delete users, download logs, generate late and attendance reports.
