Yes, you can simply connect a USB Logiprint (External Fingerprint Reader) and a EMR (External Mifare Reader) to a computer and do the registration in front of the PC.

User can make use of the ACTAtek TA (Time Attendance Software) to do all the enrollment (Fingerprint, smart card or pin code) with a single PC and upload all user information to each of the connected ACTAtek remotely.
