1. ACTAtek as an Access Control & Time Attendance System

2. ACTAtek installed at the Clinic/Hospital

Benefits:
i. ACTAtek installed at the Clinic / Hospital
Patients given smart card with their information stored - Name, DOB, Blood type, Medical history, Last visit, previous prescription, allergies, etc..
Patients use this card to access the doctor's office, doctor will get a message saying Patient A has arrived.
Patient details can be printed instantly via ACTAtek system. (No need to search old files & information and make patient wait)
Patient presents his card to the doctor, doctor registers symptoms, date of visit, and drug prescription to patient and digitally signs the card.
Patient then signs out of the doctor's office and the whole process is digitally recorded in the system.
ii. ACTAtek installed at the Pharmacy / Drug Store
After seeing the doctor, the patient can go to any drug store and present their smart card.
Pharmaceutical assistants can ONLY see the drug(s) prescribed.
Pharmaceutical assistants will not be able to write to the card.
Patient's records are not shared with Pharmacy except Doctor Information & Drug prescription.
Patient can get the drugs from the phacmacy & pay over the counter using the smart card to register payment. (Smart card can be valued up at any pharmacy / drughouse).
(No longer need prescription slips, that can be easily be forgotten or lost, everything is secure and digitally signed.
iii. ACTAtek Web interface for Patients
Patient able to check / modify personal details via ACTAtek's web interface with their unique login/password.
Can view prescriptions and doctor's analysis.
Can also view date & time of visit and doctor's calendar for making future appointments.
Can see when doctor is in office for visiting, instead of calling to make appointment.
Can also view the balance on their card for next visit.
iv. ACTAtek Web interface for Doctors
Doctors able to check / modify or view their patient information on a website in REAL TIME without having to go through old files and folders.
Can view patient's ongoing condition and prescription online.
Can also view date and time of visit and appointment calendar.
Doctors have all information stored for insurance or other legal purposes.
All data stored on the system can be backed up to PC or other backend server storage / reference.
Even though networks is down, information will be sotred on the system until network comes back next time, NO DATA WILL BE LOST.
3. ACTAtek installed at Supplies or Operating rooms

Can control access and monitor from anywhere at anytime through any standard web browser.
ACTAtek can be optionally equipped with external network cameras, that are connected through the devices for added security.
